At Morgan’s we offer custom processing and butchering of various domestic meats, because Minnesota farmers raise more than just beef and hogs. We provide year-round custom meat processing, and have been a trusted name among many area growers for over six decades.

Our locker in Waseca, MN maintains an onsite-processing facility equipped to handle all of the steps needed to take your animal from the trailer to the table — butchering, hanging, custom cutting, grinding, smoking, sausage making, vacuum packing, labeling, and freezing. Practically any meat processing procedure desired can be performed within our plant and we take great pride in offering our services on a personal, customized basis.
